Dear Wildcat Family, 

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year!  My name is Alicia Gillespie and I am so excited to be the Assistant Principal at Walnut Hill.  I am a proud Omaha Public Schools graduate and I have spent my entire career with OPS.  I have been a classroom teacher, Instructional Facilitator and School Support Liaison during my tenure.  

My passion is ensuring that all students are making progress academically, socially and emotionally.  I enjoy building strong relationships with students, staff and families.  I believe when we work together, our students will succeed in all that they do.  My door is always open and I look forward to a successful school year!  Go Wildcats!
